I'm in the process of divoice at California, with less than one year marriage, I'd like to ask the following questions:

1. My wife asked for divoice, she has her own bank account and transferred money to her parents' account before or after the separation. Is this legal for her to do this? Withou my consent, she gave lot of money to her parents and made donations during our marriage, will this part be counted while dividing our properties?

2. What time will be based for dividing our properties? Is it the time when we start to separate or the time of dissolution of our marriage?

3. Is it wise for me to withdraw money from my account now?

3. After the short marriage less than one year, are all our properties will be 50/50? How about for the properties before marriage (we didn't have marriage agreement when we got married)?
