AGAIN, IRS, INS define PR differently. SadCity is too sturburn

2 persons have called IRS help and proved SadCity is wrong. I have read the 5 tests myself and no problem claiming parent as dependents for 5 years. Using different softwares leading to same result. I know people who hired CPA has claimed their B2 parent as dependants.
