I rented an apartment two months ago. Last month, I had water pipe leaking from the top of the master bathroom, and roof leaking in the dinning area and storage room. The leaking in the master bathroom got fixed the next day, but the wall was completely wet from the inside, it took one month to dry out and get fixed. Since the weather was bad during that month, and the bathroom has very bad ventile system, the door could not open/close. I had to use another bathroom for a month. In the dinning area, 霉斑长满了. The whole roof has not been fixed until one month later. During that time, I can not use dinning area and storage room. I talked to the leasing manager if they can deduct some rent for that month.
