health condition after car accident -- Please help

I posted my case last week. I still need help from you.
I tried to call some law office to get legal assistance and nobody is interested because the case is too minor.
Now the passenger(elderly lady) is still sick after the accident. She feels weak and sleep, and presure in her chest. She is taking antibiotics right now. She needs to pay $500 deductable from her medical bill. I think this amount should be responsible by the other car insurance because that car hit mine in my back. What should I do for all this?
