I'm a female attorney. Used to work at a big firm. Quickly found out it's not for me. Work is boring. I'm an ethical person and big firms got big because... well, they are not ethical.

I have had my own practice for 7 years now. I make more money than a junior partner at the biggest firm. I have time for family and kids. And I can live with myself by knowing that I actually help people.
