赔款 - 30% 律师费 - 打交道的费用(FILING FEE，电话费，纸费等) - 退还医疗费 (律师要帮助尽量减低) = 归我。

My health insurance has paid for the bill, but they are asking for reimbursment if I got any from responsible party. Part of the deal is that the lawyer should negotiate for a lower amount depends on his skill. But I can only know in the end.
