Maybe report that account to IRS?? US resident suppose to report worldwide income to IRS? Also, US resident must report any oversea account that exceeds ten thousand dollar in value. If yes, try throw this to his lawyer. Maybe you can dig up some tax evasion or money laundry? If he did report that, it is easy to get a copy of tax return from IRS
