不知这句话是和意思? 谢谢大家!

最近本人申请了一个Bank of America PrivacySource 服务,目的是防止个人信息被盗.

但是,根据合同,有一项是说:

Neither the Bank of America, nor any of its affiliates, shall have any liability to you (custermer, namely me) as an agent in obtaining copies of your personal credit report or credit score.

这是不是说,银行和它的分支机构能随意调用我的个人数据而不负责任?
