costco

The costco in my area, their parking lots's floor has a slope. I think nobody can secure their shopping cart if the floor is not leveled. You can go back and check if there is a slope. And try to put something in a shopping cart and see if it can move by itself. If so, I think costco may have the liability since they have to provide a leveled parking lots rather than sloppy one.
