I suggest that you should call USINS before you departure,ask them if you are pregnant,under the Immigration & Nationality Act, does USINS have the power to reject you enter USA ? I belive they will give you a correct answer.Guess without legal proof isn't responsible,especially the thing is concerned other people's safe .
