Help, medical bill.

Brigham and Women's Hospital(BWH) charged times of the usual charge by other hospital for a normal amniocentesis test. BWH admits this point.The unbelievable thing is this hospital charged almost twice the asking price by itself. But the insurance agreed to pay only the usual charge (about one third the total cost). Would you provide any suggestion? Thanks a lot.
