Divorce process for green card holder married in China

We married in China in 1995 before I moved to USA. She joined me in 2001 and we have had 4 year-old boy. We have got our green card last year. The thing does not work out for us right now. What is process to file divorce? Where to file divorce? Do I need to go to Embassy of China to file or just file in local court? What impact will be on us? She is currently full time student without any income.
