There are few exceptions to this situation. The application to remove conditions should be exactly filed 90 days before the expiration date, not early not later. If you have divorced by then, you could file by yourself. The most troublesome situation is that you are in the divoce proceeding - you hu*****and does not apply with you and you are not divorce yet. In that situation, you should file it anyway and argue it in immigration court.
