they did not deduct FICA TAX for you. Are you green card holder when you started working for them? If you are on different visa, they might not need to withhold FICA. If it is indeed their fault, they can amend the previous W-2s. To qualify for medicare when you turn 65 you need 40 points, 4 points every year. If you do not pay FICA tax, you have lost 24 points in the past 6 years.
