下去要补课了。

可是好像这种small claim,是不可以appeal的，除非转到别的catgory 里，但为了这点钱也不值得。查了一下好像必须在出庭以前递交counter-claim，可是我counter-claim又能claim 什么呢？他又不欠我钱.

small claim result will affect to my credit report if Iｌｏｓｅ. :( 　However i can not take care that so much.
