妈妈被狗咬了，我该怎末处理？（紧急求助）

妈妈在散步的时候被狗咬了， 已经送到emergency 作了处理，（tetanus shot + wound clean and clothing the wound + some medicine). 接下来该怎莫办？有没有人有相同的经历？ 应不应该请律师？

因为狗有rabies vaccines certificate, 所以emergency 的医生没有给妈妈 rabies shot. 这会不会有危险？
