We called our insurance company and are waitting for the appraisor from insurance company even it will proabley cost us more than $2,000 for deductiable.Maybe later on , we will push this drucken driver to pay the rest off even go to the court. The problem is no lawer would take this case because they think that the profit in tis case is too small.

So any exprence about the small claims court will be greatly appreciated.
