Thanks for your response.

I had written agreement with the lawyer. I don't expect to get back the money I had paid, and just want not to pay the remainder (agreements days I shall pay after LC approved, when file 140 etc.).

And I will apply LC through PERM with current employee anyway. Just don't let the lawyer know.
