I really appreciate youe help. I am filling W-7. About the reason, could you plese tell me which box I should check:

1. box "Nonresident alien filling a U.S. tax return and not eligilbe for an SSN" or chexk box ""

2. box "U.S. resident alien (based on dyas present in the United states) filling a U.S. tax return and not eligible for an SSn".

It seems that I should check #1, right?
