NEED MORE HELP! EMERGENCY!!!

前两天我贴了个有关我的商业店铺的分租人违约的贴子。大意是：我把商业店铺租给一零售商， 和约5年。last week(和约不足一年)，突然告诉我他不想租了，第二天即把大部分东西搬走。 根本没给我找下一个tenant的时间。现在我想知道， Can I change the lock, and hold what they have in the store until they pay me the breach lease damage. by the way, he paid rent for October.
