不能CLAIM intentional infliction of emotional distress, 这个属于INTENTIONAL TORT. 但那个女的并没有INTENTED TO LET THE DOG BITE HER, 所以不不属于INTENTIONAL TORT... 还是CLAIM NEGLIGIENCE比较适合
