Repair car more than its worth

Dear friends. could anybody give me some advice on my damaged car?

It is not my fault. Insurance promises to fix my car. However, my car is worth 2700$ while fixing my car needs more than $3100. In this case, will my car be totaled? In other words, will insurance company only pay me book value of my car? How to handle this issue? Thank you very much for your help!
