It all depends on your lawyer.

I had prenup too. They will fight in the court. If your lawyer is as goog as mine, you can get money. Child support is difference than alimony.


Read some books about Prenup. I don't think the court will agree with the prenup.

Also it depends on your hu*****and income. If you fight for $100K only, it is hard to find a good one. Normally the good one's price is around 400 dollor per hour.
