Need help!!

I just bought an apartment building a month ago, one of the tenants is a single mother with 3 kids, she didn't pay the rents. I went to the unit many times (her phone was disconnected), her daughter always said her mom was not at home. Who can give me a good suggestion for getting the payment or letting them go?????
