谢谢gqc的答复，我确实写了if the buyer doesn't buy insurance, then the seller is not responsible for stuff lost in the mail，不知道这真的在法律上管用么？还有这个买家一直在提示我他的兄弟是我们这警察的厨师，难道他可以运用关系胡来？欢迎提一些建议，多谢各位。
