How can i find the people

I got a car accident two years ago by a woman who hit me behind. fortunately, she did not have car insurance. I put her in court and the judgement asked her to pay me back every month. She only paid me three months and i want to send her court again. But i do not know her current address. The court asked me to find her and the court can send her court order. Some body can help me how to find this woman current address in USA? I am in Illinois and I has been to local police office and even post office. I do not know how can i find her.
