sole proprietorship in CA

I want to regester a sole proprietorship company (I don't want to be double taxed on income) in CA. is ending Inc is the sole proprietorship?

My major business will be buy the product from USA and all over the world and ship them to China. Can I just register XXX Technology Inc to do that kind of business? The products will be cross several unrated industry.

Is there any restriction on this kind of business? what should I do to register the company, how long and how much it will take?
