Need Urgent Help!

I am now in H1 working visa and is going to apply for the GC through PERM. However, 3 months back due to some incident, I was arrested for Domestic Violence just because my wife claim that I hit her, although i called the 911 and tried to protect myself from her attack.
The court has already dropped my case to two misdemenaor charges(DV) in the first court time and gave an offer to me for settle in the second court time even before my lawyer got all the evidences as:
1) Charge for Disturbing the Peace
2) 1 year DV course
3) 3 years probation
Although the DA may not think the case serious as no injury happen, they don't want to drop the case now. My lawyer has not started any defense for me till now but I can tell she doesn't want to work on anything at all unless go for trial for more money. She told me that the case is defensible and ask me for decision whether to accept the offer now (maybe can redue the DV course to 3 months anger management course) or go for trial in next court time.

I am very confusing now and don't know how to decide. Please help me with the questions!!!
1)I heard that within probation, I can not apply GC, is that true? If I accept the offer like that(non-DV charge and probation), will that influence my GC application or visa renew later?

2)What kind offer I can take that won't influence both the GC and visa renew/application if go abroad?

3)Should I go for the trial? Although my wife is going to help me for defense in any way and I am going to use a better lawyer, there is still risk that I can lose and get back the two more serious DV charges.

4) If my wife just left US or hide somewhere to avoid involving in the trial, will that help or will the case get dismissed? Whether she can come back to US again?

5)Whether drop or dismiss are the same for the result? Will that influence GC?
