急问：enforce US order in China

A (green card holder) has sole legal and physical custody of child (US citizen). A wants to temporarily relocate to China with child. A's ex-wife objects to this move. Court has the concern of the continue jurisdiction in China --- whether or not the order made by US court can be enforced in China. If not, what is the procedure to let china court recognize the US court (divorce and child custody) order? thanks a lot!
