car in bodyshop&anxious waitin

I had an accident, rear-end accident, completely another guy's fault. My car has been sent to body shop for almost 2 weeks. Because some part is not available I still need to wait. I don't know how to deal with this situation. I have a rental car now and I have already kept it for more than 10 days. I pay insurance $16/day and insurance company pay rental fee. Current situation is out of my control. Does anyone have similar experienece? Please give some advice. Thanks
