it may take a few month for u to get ur citizenship. once it is done, u can apply for her immediately. it will take 0.5-1 years for her to get her GC, but she can get work permit immediately.

do not apply now, if u r GC, she can not get work permit, and will have to wait 4-5 years for her GC.
