30% at fault means I have to pay out of my own pocket 30% of the total costs of repairing the car and the rental. I argued hard with the other party's claims adjustor, but she was so rude and firm on her stand. That is why I am thinking about seeking other venue to deal with the issue like going to an organzation (if any) to make a formal complaint against the insurance company. By the way, the other party's insurance is with Farmer's.
