Dog Fight

My dog sneaked out the house and had a fight with the dog my neighbor was walking. The neighbor joined in the fight and broke the leg of my dog. He called in the cop later who gave me a ticket for “letting a dog loose”. The neighbor alleged that my dog bit his on the neck and the hinder leg and he admitted he hit my dog to protect his property.

I shall go to court next week. What shall I plea?
