My bad experiences with UPS

Hi, Guys,

March 28,2005, I shipped two packages from Florida to Indiana. One arrived and the other one (fancy clothes) was lost. I bought one thousand value insurance for the lost value.

Now UPS found all kinds of excuses to pay. Did any person have the same bad experience with UPS? I went to a bad business bureau website (http://www.badbusines*****ureau.com/ You need to select shipping company, then you can see the complaints about UPS.) I found so many complaints about UPS.

I know I can sue UPS at a small claim court. I just don't understand such a company will do such bad things. Just alert you. IF you have the bad experiences with UPS, would you please share with me? How did you handle that?
