I like to read your post, you are so good at for the American law, now I have serious problem, my hu*****and made the house warranty deed in law office, now he conveys and warrant the house to his friend, I don't know American law, so I sign my name infront of the laywer, when the law office sent the copy to the house, I read carefully, made me so upset! ( becausde he lies to me, he said, I need to sign to make the aggrement to sell the house, I thought this is the aggrement for sell the house, but after I sign, the copy sent to here, it was Warranty Deed), now my realtionships with him is very bad now, I want to divorce, but very close to end of the month, my green card interview is 25th of this month, what can I do?? now I am worring of he will not go with me to my green card interview, but I don't want to give up the American green card, he knows I am going to divorce him, so can you please give me the good suggestions? I live in Michigan, we married in China, but I want to divorce in USA.how can I do? thank you so much for your kindness help, I am so so unhappy now,I can not sleep every night since this happend to me.... thank you so much
