And I have W-4 for 2004. My current H1-B had got extension last year. Because within my first time H1-B from 2001-2003, I just stayed at US work for one month, so I didn't pay any tax within my first time H1-B. So I think my lawyer is right. But I'm afraid to ask my lawyer about my pregnant and apply medicare aid problem.
