job offer w strange requiremen

I almost got an intern offer, but I graduated this May, and the company only accept the current student, which means "enrolled student" for internship. is that possible for me to enroll to a college with taking any classes also withouting breaking the immigration laws? As far as I know, F1 student must be full-time enrolled. waiting on-line, thx a lot.
