divorce at Chinese Consulate?

we both live in US now. we are both Chinese citizens. Need your help on several questions. 1)Could we get a divorce at Chinese Consulate? 2)Any other way that we do not have to go back to court in China? 3)If we have to go back to China, what document we need to bring there to go through the procedure at local agency?
