Fight corrupted attorney

I had an very bad experience with a chinese lawyer(in east coast of US). He lied about his experience and
later charged me a lot more than he should. He is running advertisement on all the chinese papers. I want to run a seperate Advertisement next to his basically saying "I have been his client and is extremely dissatified with his service". I don't want other people fall into his prey again. I want to know
whether he(the attorney) will sue me for this advertisement. It is supposed to be a free speech country, right?
