divorce advice needed

My hu*****and refused to add my name on house title since he bought the house before we get married, but the house value was just 10k he paid by himself, after that, we pay mortgage by our joint account which i put my whole monthly selary to that account and so does him.

if i wanna divorce, do i lost all what i should get from that house because the title just under him.
