PG&E拉电不作为,有什么办法寻求法庭或律师信解决?
全额付款1年多,原来告诉我的时间是去年8月完工,现在还没有挖坑,以下是最近的回复:
Below are the answers to your questions…
1.You said the problem is my neighbor not allow PG&E to digging, but, - Correct. Your neighbor has declined to allow PG&E to trench across her driveway in order to provide new service to your detached ADU.
2.PG&E digging would be in the PUZ=public ultility zone or easement, an area from curb to within a lot 5 feet, which is belong to my city. Why you need my neighbor's agreement? I asked you many times and never got an answere. – I’ve addressed these questions multiple times, but there still appears to be some misunderstanding. Yes, PG&E does have easement rights to trench on the property. However, PG&E is working to be diplomatic with all parties involved and is making a concerted effort to minimize conflict between you and your neighbor while navigating this situation. Our goal remains to resolve this matter as diplomatically as possible.
3.My neighbor already embedded a water box in this zone on my lot, which caused further problem for PG&E trenching due to your delay. they never asked my agreement, how you expliain this? There is nothing further to explain. I do not have control over issues related to your neighbor’s water box, and that is not PG&E’s responsibility. PG&E’s scope is limited to gas and electric services only.
4.I paid PG&E in full $20K a year ago. Such ADU has monthly rental rate at $5000 level, project delay caused my loss which I reserve rights to request compensation from PG&E. - You may submit a claim to our Claims Department for consideration of any losses incurred. They will review and investigate the situation, and if the claim is approved, reimbursement will be issued accordingly. You can submit a claim here: PG&E Claims Department
5.Could you update me? Is PG&E's bankrupt process will eat my invest? I’m working on getting dates for this job. - I am actively working to secure construction dates for this job, and we are getting closer to establishing a schedule. However, the construction dates are ultimately dependent on access. If your neighbor does not allow us to trench across her driveway, the dates cannot move forward. At this time, your neighbor has been very clear that she does not consent to trenching across her driveway.
I also cannot speak to concerns about bankruptcy, as that is not our intention. The primary issue here is the ongoing dispute with your neighbor. Unfortunately, neighbor conflicts can significantly delay the construction process.
