我更本不知道， 租客的狗个很大，很温和。只有人进fence 才叫几声。

租客没买renter insurance or dog insurance, 以前也没让租客买dog insurance. 

被告名单上还有前任房东的名字。考虑书面回复一下， 不知用什么FORM。
