Thanks.I checked out the seler

propery's quitcliam deed. There is no reference of tile information which normally is shown on the quitclaim deed of other propties. The excerpt is as following:

"This conveyance is subject to takings, easement, restriction of record now recored in force and applicalbe including a taking recorded with XXX registry of deed,ect.....".

Does this indicate that this property is not title registered? What does "takings" mean? Can this propty be taken away by the goverment or any land owner?
