请教单身老猫和柠檬椰子茶有关power of attorney 事宜

我在宾州, 领导要出远门，家里可能有卖车和报税的事需要给我power of attorney，由我代他签字。

车子的title是我俩的名字（张三 and 李四），报税也是file joint return。在网上下载了一份limited power of attorney form,

下面是form的第一页，里面 1）和 2）是我自己写的。请问这样可以吗？先提前谢谢你们！

1. PERSONAL PROPERTIES: To sell my personal properties, including my cars, and to sign and execute the transfer of title and documents in connection with the sale.

 

2. TAXES: To complete and sign any local, state, and federal tax returns on my behalf, pay any taxes and assessments due and receive credits and refunds owed to me and to sign any tax agency documents necessary to effectuate these powers
