I will gladly pay all charges specified in the lease.  I also expect the landlord uphold their obligation specified under the lease we both agreed on.  The law requires that the landlord provide habitable dwelling in exchange for rent paid.  This cleaning is a preexisting duty of the landlord under the lease and law, I do not agree that I should pay this fee, as it is not specified under the lease.
