不过联合国好像对这里的影响力不够大，这些人根本不在乎。今年七月联合国说清洁健康的环境是人权，九月安省环境局给我的信说，it has no concerns for adverse effects caused by the facility's emission to nearby receptors. 

人不要脸，蛮横无理，你能拿他怎么办？我就只能希望有好的法律和好的法制来管他们了。
