Notary public can be found in bank, court (usually county clerk's office $2.00-- $3.00 per document in NY area). attorneys are notary public too, maybe even CPA, but I am exactly sure about that.

take your ID with you, sign your name in front of the Notary Public and he/she will sign the acknowledgement.
