appeal according to instruction on the ticket.

 i had one and argues there was no "no-parking" sign on downtown street part where i parked, even though there is one down the street( like 3-4 cars distance).

 the court replied that i was right. so ticket cancelled.( they set up a new sign later when i passed it long time after)
