请教3rd party claim和subrogated claim的区别。谢谢。

车祸后从车险公司收到一些钱后，又收到一份保险公司的来信，称" the short term disability benefit trust's interest in this matter is not that of a subrogated claim but rather a 3rd party claim whereby monies recovered for past wage loss are integrated with your benefits".

我只知道如果是subrogated claim是要根据情况还一部分钱的，3rd party claim也一定是要钱的，但这两者的不同到底在哪里？谢谢了。
