有兩個先決條件

  • First of all, you have to have worked and contributed to Social Security for at least 10 years.

  • Second, You must be at least 62 years old to receive benefits. 

當然還有其他相關規定，但是都是特別情況，如果有必要，請諮詢當地社安辦公室
